But what about the famous ABOUT YOU culture? 

While we want our remote colleagues to make the most of their preferred location; be it at the beach in Portugal, at a remote lake in Slovenia, or enjoying the vibrant nightlife of Prague, we also want to keep up the unique ABOUT YOU culture. We will ensure that our remote colleagues experience our culture firsthand, so we are planning to host regular tech gatherings in our headquarters in Hamburg throughout the year. There we'll meet in person, do feedback sessions and share our knowledge and best practices. But there'll also be informal team events to properly get to know each other, like our legendary parties.

Can anyone work remotely at ABOUT YOU?

We are striving to implement a hybrid working model at ABOUT YOU. While our developers, lead developers, and QA engineers can work fully remotely, everyone else is in the office Tuesday to Thursday with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
